Emilia Waddington-González is a second-year law student at the University of Miami School of Law. She currently serves as the Federal Bar Association Vice President and as a 2L Student Bar Association Senator. Emilia is also a Junior Staff Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review, is a member of the Innocence Clinic, and an active member of the Yvette Ostolaza Mock Trial Team. 

Before law school Emilia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University, receiving her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in General Business. During her undergraduate career Emilia served as a legal intern for various criminal attorneys assisting in trial preparation, legal research and writing, and client intake procedures
