John M. Pierce, a trial lawyer and founder of John Pierce Law, has been recognized as a leading jury trial lawyer by Benchmark Plaintiff Litigation and The Legal 500.
A Harvard Law School graduate and former editor of the Harvard Law Review, Pierce also served as an M1A1 Abrams tank platoon leader in the U.S. Army’s 1st Cavalry Division. Before founding John Pierce Law, he was a partner at top litigation firms Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Latham & Watkins, and co-Global Practice Area Leader at K&L Gates.
In 2017, he founded Pierce Bainbridge, a rapidly growing law firm with a litigation portfolio valued at nearly $700 million. Throughout his career, Pierce has represented high-profile clients in complex disputes and played a prominent role in controversial, Constitutionally-significant cases. He founded the National Constitutional Law Union (NCLU) to defend individual rights against government overreach and big-tech tyranny, aiming to protect the U.S. Constitution for future generations.
